CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 27(HES) An Act relating to financial                     
aid received for medical education and financial aid received by               
students participating in the Western Interstate Commission on                 
Higher Education Professional Student Exchange Program; relating               
to the Western Regional Higher Education Compact; and providing                
for an effective date was read the second time.                                
                                                                               
Senator Torgerson, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent for              
the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on             
page 877. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE                        
BILL NO. 27(FIN) was adopted and read the second time.                         
                                                                               
Senator Mackie moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill be              
considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final            
passage. Without objection, it was so ordered.
